Dear Sir/Madam,
i want to report an abuse and missuse of power by one of ur
moderetor.. i chat with the id of delhi_dude in icq-india. room plese tell me
how and where should i complain... actulay she knows me in real life and is
taking out her personal grudges against me. no we were never in resalstion, but
she use to be 2nd to me in evry activity.. now please tell me what should i
do...

1. its not the place to report...
2. i dont think delhi_dude is an
ophelper (as far as i know)
3. if it happens u can go to #ophelp right away
4.
if u didnt youneed to have logs!
5. then wait for on of the ircops to come back
and talk to them or memo them or pvt them or email them with a detailed
explanation and logs.

you can recive more help in #ophelp

hi, im glad being here for first notice, but my question, please add an @ to
#europe i cant keep asking for help in #ophelp, they get borred by me you see. i
will offer my time if you wish im b1IFRRT, it means pilot on boeing 747-400,
never mind that..i just see ppl misbehave a lot in #europe. thnx for your time

Hi bram,

it's good to hear, that you wanna help out.

However, I guess that
#europe is an icq owned room (can't look it up right now) and only ChanOps are
allowed to moderate icq owned rooms.
To apply for chanops, please send your
application mail to ircops(at)chanops.or g or talk to an ircop, who can be found
in #ophelp.
On the other side, no one will blame you if you keep reporting users
in #ophelp.

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone could help.

i was on icq-australia last
night talking to my friends about music at 4am, and all of a sudden i was
booted. I tried to log back on but i can't. This is the message i got but i dont
know what it means or even if its a program thing or something i can fix:

Hi There,

You were Z:Lined for posting something that was on
the spamfilter. You can get this removed by contacting IRCops
by emailing ircops@chanops.o rg ... Hope this helps.

Halo xomax have problem in my room # gipsyradio-online 3 days I have spam bot
can not remove it.I tried the + R mode over 5 HOURS.not helpful,what to do if we
can help.to the radio room, and my people should not be registered because they

i don't know why i have been banned from irc but i think it's a mistake or
something my ip is 70.72.143.163
i woke up this morning and i was banned can
you help me or is this something else if you could help me libra it would be
appreciated i have been on irc for over 20 years and i have never had any
problems till now also Pho3niX's server has been banned . i've sent him a ticket
to tell him what happened thank you for any help you can do

I don't think its a good idea to post your IP address in here. Nothing personal
maybe you've said something that was caught in the filter. Anyway you're
unbanned now.

PS: Next time please send an email to ircops[a]chanops.org (
replace [a] with @ )
