Setting the ~q extended ban is no different from setting a normal ban, the prefix slightly does change however. A normal ban on a user would look like this:
/mode #channel +b nick!ident@host
Where as an extended ban looks like this:
/mode #channel +b ~q:nick!ident@host
The prefix ~q: is appended to the ban line. It should also be noted that extended bans do not work on users with +vhoaq and they can make user of wildcards exactly the same as a normal ban.

Setting the ~r extended ban is quite different to a normal ban, where as it does not use nick!ident@host ban lines it only uses realnames. However there is a slight issue in that fact that realnames allow spaces where as bans do not.
Setting a ban on a realname is simple:
/mode #channel +b ~r:realname
However when a realname makes use of spaces you should replace said spaces with underscores:
/mode #channel +b ~r:realname_with_spaces
underscores are in terms of realname bans both underscores and spaces. It should also be noted that extended bans do not work on users with +vhoaq

Setting the ~c extended ban is quite different when compared to a normal ban, as it does not make use of the nick!ident@host ban line. As its a channel based ban it uses the prefix:
/mode #channel +b ~c:#channel
There are a few things to remember with this ban, in the latest version of UnrealIRCd you can ban a specific level of users example:
/mode #channel +b ~c:+#channel
This would keep out voiced users, support for this extension is version dependant however, verify with your server admin if unsure. The second thing to remember is that again it does not work on +vhoaq users and lastly the most important thing to remember is....
It will NOT kick users out of your channel if you have banner a channel they are in, instead if a user is in a banned channel when it becomes banned they will be unable to "speak" in your channel until they parted the banned channel or the ban is lifted.

You cannot have above the allowance of memos which is set at 20 on IrCQnet, to change the amount of memos you can receive type: /msg memoserv set limit [n] [n] = amount you wish to set it too, so for example to set your memo limit to 5 you would use /msg memoserv set limit 5 you must have a registered nickname which has been identified to prior to changing any memoserv options.
