How do i get to be a chanop ?

Chanops are taken on based on a few things, an understanding more soon ( import error ! )

I would like to see about becoming a Chanop .. I know Irc pretty well and have
been reading up on it .. Im on the server all day every day and I think I could
do a good job .. My regular Nick is KellyAnn .. you will find me in the #icq_usa
