This is an extension of the default ban method allowing for "event" based bans. This particular extended ban allows you to prevent a user from being able to change there nick within the channel.

Well, as the pole comments says, it appears that most of ICQ
users uses mIRC. So i though it would be helpfull to put a line
in ALIASES for that command it would make it easier from typing
/mode # +b ~n:*!*@*Ip or either /mode # +b ~n:nick!*@*

So just go to your script editor then hit on "
aliases " and paste that line above at the buttom of
the page
/bn /mode # +b ~n: $+ $address( $+ $$1 $+ ,2)

And then press " OK ".
That line will work when
you type in any channel window /bn " nick " it
will ban the nick ip and won't let it change nicks anymore. Note: That command just ban the ip of the user and not the nick.
Just
paste another command in your mIRC script editor in
aliases too;
/bnu /mode # -b ~n: $+ ...

I would suggest posting this as its own content item which you can do from the
user menu on the left side ( below "your Details" )

Otherwise this
alias could cover a very large amount of FAQ entries, also the encoding doesnt
look all that nice without the usage of pre tags.
