If users have complaints about unfair bans etc in any of the web channels they should first contact one of the ops or the channel owner, if the problem isnt resolved then they can come to ophelp and take it further with an IRCop. Below is a list of the channels and the owners which are privately owned but are on the icq website which in turn they have to more or less comply with the rules of chanops with a few exceptions .

in turn they have to more or less comply with the rules
of chanops with a few exceptions

in order to comply it would be helpfull to have these
rules made available somewhere so that everyone can refer to
them. May sound like a joke but it would save of lots of
discussions and interpretations of the TOS. As there obviously
are exceptions to these rules for webchans ti would be great
to have those listed as well.
